St. Peter’s has served as a host site or support congregation, providing a sanctuary for temporarily homeless families in the Interfaith Hospitality Network since 1996. St. Peter’s has opened its doors to the families for one week in August, providing meals, a place to sleep and support for the families in the program, or provides support to another host congregation during the last week of June.
